You agree that Pandora's Steakhouse shall not be held responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incorrect or unconfirmed Form submissions or emails. You agree that Pandora's Steakhouse shall not be held responsible for any demands, loss, liability, claims, damages or expenses in any way by you or any third parties as a result of using this Form. All confirmed Form submissions are subject to the Pandora's Steakhouse Reservation Cancellation Policies. The Form ToS may be updated from time to time without notice. A valid credit card authorization is required to secure all reservations. Debit or prepaid cards not accepted.

*We will do our best to accommodate your requested time, however please note that your requested time may be unavailable due to the volume of early bookings. *You may also receive an email confirmation from our reservation management service Opentable, and we may contact you to confirm your reservation depending on the size of your party. Dress code is resort casual dining; no tank tops, bathing suits or other swimwear, mesh or other coverups.

Pandora’s Steakhouse Reservation Cancellation Policies:

General: $25 per guest. *Please note that voicemails regarding guest relations, including reservations and cancellations, must include name and phone number, and will be returned during business hours Monday through Friday. We cannot guarantee guest relations availability by phone on weekends, and the cancellation notification timeframes are predicated on business days.

Cancellation Policy for Parties of 5-8 guests:
You must call Pandora’s Steakhouse 24 hours in advance of your reservation to cancel your reservation or decrease the size of your party to avoid a cancellation fee of $25 per guest on the credit card used to secure the reservation.

Cancellation Policy for Parties of 5-8 guests made during dining hours of 5-10 pm:
If you do not show up this evening to honor your reservation, or your party size decreases substantially, you will be charged $25 per guest on the credit card used to secure the reservation.

Cancellation Policy for Parties of 9 or more guests:
You must call Pandora’s Steakhouse 48 hours in advance of your reservation to cancel your reservation or decrease the size of your party to avoid a cancellation fee of $35 per guest on the credit card used to secure the reservation. Note that parties of 16 or more may require a deposit.

Cancellation Policy for HOLIDAY reservations:
You must call Pandora’s Steakhouse 72 hours in advance of your holiday reservation to cancel or decrease the size of your party to avoid a cancellation fee of $60 per person on the credit card used to secure the reservation.

Cancellation Policy for ticketed or prepaid event reservations:
You must call Pandora’s Steakhouse 72 hours in advance of your prepaid event reservation with any questions regarding your reservation. Ticketed events such as wine dinners are nonrefundable, but you may gift or resell your purchased tickets.
